Smart Screen Timer is a countdown timer application that may:

• Run timers in foreground/background
• Show timer notifications
• Optionally pause media playback
• Lock the device screen after the timer ends

Some features may require Android permissions such as Notifications, Foreground Service, Wake Lock, or Device Admin access.

3. User Consent & Permissions

Certain features require explicit user permission and consent. Device Admin access is used only for automatic screen locking functionality after the timer ends.

You can disable any permission or Device Admin access anytime from your Android device settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Modify or reverse engineer the App
• Distribute or resell the App without permission
• Interfere with the App’s normal functionality

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for configuring and using the App properly. Screen locking or timer actions may interrupt ongoing activities. Do not use the App in situations where interruptions could create safety risks, such as while driving.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with Android system functions or third-party apps such as media players. We are not responsible for compatibility, behavior, or availability of third-party services.

Smart Screen Timer is designed to work offline and does not collect or sell personal user data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
